Shipping / Delivery

• All Crafty Cats goodies are made to order with love in Dubai
• Orders are usually ready to ship within 3 to 10 working days
• Dubai Standard Delivery: flat fee of 25 AED / Free for orders above 200 AED
• Dubai Express 3 Days Delivery: 50AED
• Other Emirates and International delivery is not yet available, but we are working on it.

Returns / Exchanges

• We always hope you will love your Crafty Cats order as mush as we loved making it
• Personalised items, because they are made just for you, cannot be returned unless damaged on arrival
• If something goes wrong (it happens!), we will do our best to fix it quickly. Just make sure to contact us on shipping@crafty-cats.studio within 5 days of receiving your order with your order number and what went wrong (photos really help).
